30‑DAY FULL REFUND (PRODUCTS & SERVICES ONLY) At Give 10, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any product or service purchased from us, please contact our support team (Support@Give10USA.com) and we will gladly issue a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
DONATION POLICY — NON‑REFUNDABLE Give 10 operates as a charitable organization, and a portion of many purchases directly supports our mission to assist individuals in need. Because donations are used immediately to fund ongoing charitable programs, we are unable to refund any donations or the donation‑portion of a purchase.

PRODUCT RETURNS VS. DONATION PORTIONS If you return a product purchased from Give 10, we will refund the product cost only, excluding any portion designated as a charitable contribution. The donation portion remains non‑refundable, as it has already been committed to our mission.
